Who will occupy the property?

Provision Global is responsible for screening individuals and families. We offer tenants an opportunity to participate in our mentorship program which also allows them to give back to the community.  Tenants are responsible for utilities and upkeep of property.  The owner provides all major repairs.

Do the occupants pay rent?

Yes.  Provision Global charges a reduced amount based on current market rates. The payments go to Provision Global in the form of rent to help assist individuals, families and communities in the U.S. and abroad.
