Closing instructions are simple. We have provided the forms that you will complete at closing. They are in order for your convenience. Simply print each form and fax them to 770.303.0740 or you can scan them and email them to:

Donor application and authorization
The Donor Application and authorization must be signed by the donor and the closing representative authorized by Provision Global before the closing transactions can be completed.
Complete both IRS donation Forms and fax to 770.303.0740. Provision Global will sign the Authorized Charity Section and return it promptly to the closing agency.
