Become a Provision Global Tax Credit Broker (TCB) by offering buyers and sellers the opportunity to reduce their tax liability at the closing table when donating to Provision Global.  After each closing, TCBs receive 5% of the donated amount.  TCBs can also sign up other Tax Credit Brokers allowing them to draw a residual 5%.  

We supply all the forms and instructions.  You simply introduce the program to your clientele.  Donate at Closing does the rest.

A one time $595.00 license/registration fee is required to become a Tax Credit Broker.  Brokers will receive marketing materials, business cards, and a Tax Credit Broker license certificate.
